That’s why we serve healthy meals for free, by bicycle, all year round.
Our mission is to nourish and inspire our community, especially those facing barriers to health and nutrition, by preparing free meals crafted from rescued food and delivering them by bicycle all year round.

What Do We Do?

Foundations
Sauce receives almost all food inventory as donations from local gardeners, restaurants, grocery stores, and community members.

Free Meals
We prepare meals with our weekly donations and deliver to varying neighborhoods throughout Milwaukee, WI.

All meals are delivered via bicycle and trailer, kept hot or cold in temperature-safe containers when applicable.
